The U.S. Naval Officer retirement ceremony is a revered tradition that not only marks the conclusion of a distinguished career but also celebrates the beginning of an exciting new chapter. This ceremony is an opportunity for our Nation, his family, and his shipmates to express the deepest gratitude for Lieutenant Commander Ebili’s unwavering dedication, remarkable sacrifices, and decades of exemplary service. He extends a heartfelt welcome and sincere appreciation to all who gather to celebrate this momentous occasion alongside him.

Morning Ceremony – “The Ceremony”

Time: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Uniform of the Day

All military participants in the event are requested to wear the Uniform of the Day:

U.S. Navy Full Dress White with Medals

Please ensure uniforms are worn in accordance with current Navy regulations and are serviceable, clean, and properly fitted.

Thank you for honoring this occasion and maintaining the traditions of naval service.

There will be clear signage and designated staff to direct guests from the parking areas to the auditorium.

Evening Celebration – “The After Party”

Time 6 p.m – 12 Midnight.

Location: Sycamore House 23506 Founders Drive, Ashburn, VA 20148

Join us for a celebratory reception marking the capstone of his career and the commencement of his new mission. This event will feature fellowship, music, and the official launch of The Compass Point Veteran Initiative and the release of his new leadership book, “The WIN Mentality : A Guide to Sustainable Leadership and Growth Mindset”
